Your child may differ from our reviewers, but we found that (especially with the younger kids) they loved Zark -- if we were in the room with them, and able to help them and compliment them. Frankly, given how interesting this program was, we didn't mind.

Best for...
This program will work well with children as young as 5, and as old as 8. Children who have been exposed to the simplest examples of patterns will be able to understand the concepts, and learn from the interesting examples. If your child likes playing pattern games, or has played very simple card games (like "Go Fish" or "War") and likes them, this is a probable winner. If your child either doesn't understand patterns yet, or is not yet ready or interested in simple matching games, the Quest for Patterns would not be a good choice.
